Microsoft rolls out Discord voice chat via Xbox Console

Microsoft is reportedly rolling out the November update where the Xbox One and Xbox X/S series will have the feature of Discord voice chat directly through the console without the need for a phone to be installed externally. The addition of Discord to the Xbox console enables voice chat with friends, even if all members play different games on different platforms.

Once an Xbox user is signed into a Discord account through Xbox, they can go to the Parties & Chats menu and select Discord. Under the Discord option, there will be a list of available servers to choose a voice channel from.

Microsoft introduced voice integration on Xbox, including noise reduction option on Xbox Series X/S.
