Gundam: Iron-Blooded Orphans G now available in Japan

Mobile Suit Gundam: Iron-Blooded Orphans G is now available on Android and iOS devices in Japan. Pre-registration rewards are distributed to players in the form of in-game currency and a Gundam Barbatos. [Thanks, Game Watch!]

This mobile listing in the Gundam series ties to the events of Mobile Suit Gundam: Iron-Blooded Orphans Uror Hunt. It also features turn-based combat. While the game is free to play, it does have an in-game store where players can use real money to obtain item packs and currency.

When it passed more than 300,000 pre-registrations, Bandai Namco handed out 10 tickets that can be used to draw pilots and Mobile Suits through the available banners. The other pre-registration rewards include the said in-game currency and the distribution of the Gundam Barbatos to use in combat.

Mobile Suit Gundam: Iron-Blooded Creature G was announced in September 2019. However, development on the title had been dark for about two years. In September 2021, Bandai Namco revealed that the game was still in production. The original release date was Spring 2022. This was eventually pushed back. Now the title is available for mobile devices.

Mobile Suit Gundam: Iron-Blooded Orphans G is now available for Android and iOS devices in Japan. There’s no word on a possible Western release or localization.
