The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard for its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Attorneys solicited for peer review include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and attorneys independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys who have practiced their practice for at least three years and receive sufficient ratings from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible for an assessment.
